Chelsea Meissneris a mom!

While she didn’t share any of the details about her newborn or their arrival, Meissner did declare she was “one month postpartum” in a since-expired Instagram Story on October 19.

“I am one month postpartum and one thing that I really wanted to try to stay on top of was my hair health,” the new mom shared. “I’m a hairstylist so I have seen it all, and I really wanted to make sure that I got on some kind of daily routine to make sure that I didn’t have a whole lot of thinning [or] shedding.”

In April, the actressannounced her exciting news on Instagram, showing several ultrasound photos, with “Arriving September 2023” added as a caption atop the video.

“The circle of life is a powerful thing,” Meissner wrote in the caption, adding that the news feels like a full-circle moment in the wake ofher dog, Tyson’s, deathlast August.

“When Tyson passed, I knew I could never love another soul nearly as much unless I had a child of my own … now here we are with one on the way,” Meissner continued. “You just never know what God has in store for you.”

The hair stylist, who starred on the hitBravoseries for three seasons beforedeparting in 2019, continued, “I’m so fortunate to have strong women in my life who have paved the road for me to motherhood.”

She concluded, “Here’s to a thick girl summer🥵.”

In 2012, Meissner competed on season 24 ofSurvivor, where she placed third overall.

She joinedSouthern Charmin 2016 and made a name for herself as the resident adventure-seeking nature lover. She dated co-starAusten Krollfor several months between seasons 4 and 5 of the show, and was later linked to sailorNick Dana.

Since leaving the reality series, Meissner has continued her career as a successful hair stylist in Charleston, South Carolina.
