Endometriosis is a reproductive condition in which uterine tissue grows outside of the uterus, causing cramping, chronic pain and, often, fertility complications.
The condition affects about one in 10 women during their reproductive years, according toendometriosis.org, including stars likeLena Dunham,HalseyandJulianne Hough.
