As she attempts to put theTristan Thompsoncheating scandal behind her, the model showed up to the first day of the prominent Southern California music festival on Friday and made a surprise visit onstage during her close friendJaden Smith‘s performance.
“Only @c.syresmith would perform on a flying Tesla. I’m so proud of you my guy!!! Here’s a shot of the moment a ran on stage,” Woods wrote onInstagram.
For the surprise appearance, Woods, 21, wore a long-sleeved, frilly, sheer green and yellow shirt, high-waisted denim shorts, and a pair of mid-calf boots.

She also had her long hair in braids and accessorized the look with gold hoop earrings and a black satchel.

Though her appearance was brief, the model danced with her arms in the air as Jaden stood on top of the white Tesla that was part of his set.
Also joining the pals onstage was Jaden’s sisterWillow Smith, who wowed the audience with an opening aerial stunt before joining Woods and Jaden next to the Tesla.
Ahead of her time at the music festival, Woods shared a few snapshots to Instagram showing off her day one Coachella look.
“🤗 loving these braids,” the model captioned theoutdoor shot.
Woods also made sure to get a close-up video of her makeup, hair and accessories while in the car and posted the quick clip to her Instagram Stories.

Jaden inviting Woods onto the stage wasn’t the first time that the Smiths have outwardly shown their support for Woods in the wake of the scandal.
As fans of Woods’ know, her family has been incredibly close with the Smiths from the time she was young. Last month, the model appeared onJada Pinkett Smith‘s Facebook Watch talk show,Red Table Talk, to tell her side of the story of what happened with Thompson, 28.
Besides inviting the model onto her show in March, Pinkett Smith also vocallyempathized with elements of Woods’ scenario, having been in the spotlight for more than two decades and encountering both racism and sexism.
“You know, being a black woman in the game for so long as I’ve been, just seeing that without people even having heard your side and just not giving the benefit of the doubt, it just always seems like it’s so easy to just target black women and put everything on us — even if there’s other people involved,” Pinkett Smith said on the show.

Will Smithalso offered sometidbits of advice for his family friendahead of Woods sharing her story onRed Table Talk.
“The world attacks. It just happens. You’ll never get around the world attacking but I want you to know that you are supported and I got you and we got you,” he told Woods.
The actor also added, “I would say take your medicine and tell your truth. This is a part of what growing up is. This is a part of what learning is.”

The former best friend toKylie Jennerhas steadily beenreemerging into the public eyesince news of the cheating scandal with Thompson broke in February.
On March 1, Woods shared her side of the story in thetell-all interview, claiming that the father ofKhloé Kardashian‘s child kissed her at an afterparty at his house on Feb. 17.
Though she adamantly denied having sex with him, she admitted that the next day, while she told Jenner, 21, and Kardashian, 34, that she had been at Thompson’s house, shedidn’t disclose what had happened between them.
Kardashian initially slammed Woods on Twitter after the interview, blaming her forbreaking up her family, but she softened her tone a day later andplaced the fault instead on Thompson.

Since then, Woods has kept busy and has been spotted out on numerous occasions inLos AngelesandLondon.
Woods, whomoved out of Jenner’s house, currently remains distanced from the famous family, and a source recently told PEOPLE that Woods and Jenner have hadlimited contact.
“It’s still a tricky situation for Kylie. And no one is actually putting too much pressure on her,” the source said. “Her family is aware that she is in contact with Jordyn. They are letting Kylie figure things out for herself.”
