In the arrest log from the Dec. 10 incident, the arresting officer said that the woman inside of Kennedy’s home told him that “her boyfriend lifted her up and threw her to the ground.”

It is not clear whether the woman in the arrest log was the DJ’s girlfriend, though, and police “will not be releasing any additional details” regarding the incident, a spokesperson for the Burbank Police Department told PEOPLE.
