There are plenty of ways to encounter out that you ’ve move past the point of canonical pity for humans , but the most embarrassing is enlightenment - by - TV - show . lamentably , that ’s what I ’ve had to address with while watching Fry interact with his phratry in “ Game of Tones . ”
This workweek ’s Futurama started out promising , with the best presentation screen message I ’ve ever get word — “ If ineffective to see this substance , turn on Futurama now . ” woefully , it does n’t have that level of play . To be fair , it ’s not trying to sustain that level of fun . When a starship approaches the Earth playing a earthly concern - destroy chronological sequence of timbre , Fry remembers the melodic phrase from the day he was rooted . The work party puts him in a dreamscape and has him go through his last day in 1999 . While there , Fry remember his fellowship , and want to spend more time with them rather than finding the tones to save the Earth . The sleep of the gang Inceptions their way into his ambition to force him to call back .
The reveal of what is making the tones is an bathos ( although it does make me desire to go back and view the pilot to see if the tones were actually in there ) , but it was meant to be an anticlimax . The tip of the episode was Fry ’s realisation of the fact that when he came to the future tense he die to his family , and his family died to him . He need occlusion , not a way to save the earthly concern .
The timing is right-hand . Futurama is a clowning show , and you ca n’t start it out with the lead character in desperate mourning for his family . It ’s smart to give him a few years so the exit is n’t fresh but the indigence to reconnect unrelieved . The job is this : commend when he fall behind his heel , Seymour ? I have a good family relationship with my family line , and I do n’t even peculiarly like dog , but I found that episode a thousand multiplication more affecting . While the touching moments in this installment took place I was think the following :
“ You sleep with , they should have been break nappy in the actual movie Inception . ”
“ Wish they were doing an actual Games of Thrones parody installment . ”
