“When I was a kid, there was a gangster, a real old school type: Rex Calabrese,” the character whose real name is Oz Cobb says while speaking to someone off screen. “He was a big deal. He helped people. If he saw you on the street, he’d call out to you. When I was 14 or something, he has a heart attack and dies, still holdin' a cigar.”

As shots of The Penguin looking over Gotham and committing crimes plays, he continues, “In my neighborhood, they throw a parade in his honor. A friggin' parade. And it wasn’t fancy, but it was the gesture. The show of love of what he meant. Can you imagine to be remembered like that?”

With an eerie tone and ample footage of Bruce Wayne’s enemy committing arson and attacking his enemies, it appears as though fans are in for a dark series exploring The Penguin’s criminal underworld and rise to power.
