They ’re alone on a derelict island — until a stranger ( Jamie Bell ) arrive bear word of a spheric pandemic that ’s wiped out almost everyone else . Is he a psycho ? And even if he is a psycho , does that mean he ’s not telling the truth ? It look like the action gets moderately claustrophobic and hideous , judge from this first glance .
