Rumor go around that Dell ’s Modern Axim X3 Pocket PCs will be out this November , with a radio receiver handheld with WiFi and Bluetooth coming the following month . Supposedly there will be two mannequin for the Axim X3 , an advanced adaptation with a 400MHz central processing unit and a trashy model with a 300MHz processor ; both will have 64 MB of RAM , 48 M of flash ROM , and SDIO expansion expansion slot .
