Mr. Bones , a uncommon albino alligator at St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park , recently needed to get aCT Scanto look into a problem with his jaw . This made for a fairly unique photo chance .

He is in the excellent hands of University of Florida Zoomed staff . He is NOT sedated hence the excess strap holding him down . Sedation in crocodilian is bad and irregular and he need to persist completely still for the CT . Flipping him over would eventually tranquilize him , but only because blood flow to his brain becomes circumscribed . This is presently the best method of restraint .
