Sculpted through the physical process of graft , the Tree of 40 Fruit blossom in variegate tone of pinkish , deep red and white in spring , and in summer bear a multitude of fruit . Primarily composed of native and old-fashioned varieties the Tree of 40 Fruit are a form of conversation , preserve heirloom endocarp fruit variety that are not commercially produced or useable .
